Complaint Regarding Poor Fit and Sizing of Delivered Overalls I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent delivery of KingGee overalls. When my project manager opened the package, we were appalled at the sizing and proportions. The overalls appear to be designed for someone exceptionally tall and large — completely unwearable for anyone of short, stout build. The legs and arms are excessively long, and even the waist on the size 127SM is unreasonably large. This is far from the quality and consistency we expect from KingGee. Could you please advise: Where are these overalls manufactured? Is this sizing standard across your range? What is the process for returning or exchanging this item? We are completely unimpressed and expect better from a reputable brand like KingGee, and we don't even want to give it a 1-star rating.
