I am extremely pleased with the work Kingsmead completed on our new dormer. The addition of two spacious bedrooms and a shower room has significantly enhanced our living space. Russell and Dean, who handled the main building work, deserve special recognition for their efficiency and craftsmanship. They were always courteous and respectful of our property. Communication regarding the various tradespeople involved was generally well-managed, and our input was valued. The plastering, in particular, was of exceptional quality and garnered praise from other professionals. Overall, we are delighted with the final result, especially considering the competitive quote provided by Kingsmead. While communication could occasionally be slightly delayed, this was understandable given the peak holiday season.
