Very clearly laid-out, fast-loading site. The item arrived within 48 hours as advertised. I very much appreciate that delivery is free within the UK (Royal Mail standard delivery), and I LOVE that I didn't have to create an account: the feeling of freedom makes me more likely to use the site again (indeed I have just bought another item today).
