Very easy to find and order the product I wanted. When it arrived I thought there was an issue caused at production stage, but Kinky Cherries excellent customer support were able to take my evidence to the manufacturer and provide me with an explanation very quickly and efficiently (turns out the product is totally fine and I mistakenly believed brush hairs within the packaging to be human). Brilliant service!
