Our order was quickly delivered and are Good quality products, but we only received one free bottle of free lubricant.
We contacted KinkyCherries, and explained why we expected to receive two free bottles.
KinkyCherries reviewed our claim, and sent us a second free bottle. The communications each way was constructive, and well received, and we are pleased with the outcome, and look forward to ordering from KinkyCherries again in the future.
