The product, for the price, is shoddy. My new food processor worked well for 6 months then broke. Customer service is APPALLING!! They managed to fix my first break within the warranty period by taking 4 MONTHS to answer my query. I have yet to receive an answer on my second malfunction which happened within 3 months of receiving the repaired one back, no of course out of warranty.
I regret saving so long to get what I thought would be a long term purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
