I have a kitchen aid mixer which has been fine I bought a kettle after 1 week it stopped working, besides the lid not working properly ( I had to manully lift it) it appears to be the sensor now, I went on line and did all they said to no avail. These things happen however what I feel is extremely poor is after sending 2 emails with no response I then tried to call 4 times I finally got through to a young lady working in Greece who is Finish and she did the best she could but her english was not great. I not only havent had a kettle working but now have to send the kettle back through DPD and then wait for another kettle to be sent to me. Very dissapointing that their customer response and service is so poor
