Paid £140 for a kettle now broken for the second time.
1st time round they refused to refund then took a month to get a replacement to me. We had to buy another kettle that for £20 has never given an issue.
Kettle broken for the second time emailed their Customer Service team asking for assistance and a week later still no respons from them.
Will not be wanting another replacement as there is obviously an issue with the product which is proving itself unfit for purpose.
Such a poor level of service and ignorance or even arrogance has destroyed all faith in their brand.
