Terrible service. I had an Artisan Blender delivered which had no charger cord in box. Phoned 3 times in as many weeks to be told each time One will be sent immediately. Many phone calls later one arrived after about 5 weeks.
First time used an attachment broke so sent it back . A long delay in getting money back and no real apology.
WILL not be buying anything from Kitchenaid ever again. Really poor service
