The driver waited for us right near the exit. The car was in a very good condition. When I asked for a special request (we've got three kids traveling in our company so I asked for more frequent stops) I've got a feedback same day via e-mail.
The road took us 4,5hours from SGN to MuiNe instead of 6 that were proposed.
So overall I'm really satisfied with the transfer.
