I arranged to be picked up at a hotel in HCMC at 9:30 in the morning; the driver was there 10 minutes prior and brought us to Mui Ne. The van was comfortable and the driver was very good, never seemed to to anything but safe driving. Our return to HCMC went also without a hitch and the driver seemed very much interested to avoid the heavy traffic on a Friday late afternoon.....he succeeded and we got to our hotel in plenty of time to still enjoy an early dinner. I would not hesitate to use this service again, communication was excellent; service emailed to confirm a couple of days before scheduled pick-up that our date/time had not changed.....nice gesture. Very good experience!
