The item I ordered (RPi Zero) was purchased to replace an identical item supplied by Kiwi Electronics one week previously which failed two days after being commissioned. Both items were delivered promptly and at reasonable costs. I reported the original failure to Kiwi who responded after some delay with a helpful and knowledgeable support response which may have been expedited by my original review comments.
