Very fast to take your money, not so fast to give it back if you made the wrong order. I ordered the wrong models of Raspberry, then made a 2nd order to get the correct one. I started a return process and paid for postage sending the 1st order, it has been delivered over a week ago and I still have not heard a word from these guys. I feels like I threw 50€ into trash which I don't even ger to keep.
EDIT: Soon after my complaints I got my refund so I am changing my review to a positive one.
