Amazing. My order was very delayed because the 32GB microSD with RPiOS on it was out of stock, so I sent a mail asking if I could maybe get that one replaced with an empty microSD since those were in-stock, and instead they decided to upgrade my microSD from 32GB to 64GB free of charge, and sent out my order on the same day. I bought a Raspberry Pi 5 here before too, and the process went flawlessly.
