Spoke to KLM Customer Service Manager to get our money back refunded and she said we will not get our money back, we can only get vouchers which are no good to us, overall service is shocking and I explained EasyJet and British Airlines are giving money back to their customers but she wasn’t interested.
WILL NEVER BOOK WITH KLM AGAIN
Once they take your money thats it especially during this difficult time.
