My first use of Kloris 5% and 10% CBD oil, for myself (aged 59, Registered Nurse) and my daughter (aged 27). I wanted to try it to help with awful shoulder pain at night from a badly torn rotator cuff tendon, and help with chronic sleeping from this pain, and also from waking in the night in the early hours and not being able to get back to sleep. It has made a really good difference in both sleep quality and pain, and that's just on the starter to mid-dose. And with a good nights sleep, I have so much more energy now during the day :) My daughter is taking it at night for anxiety and sleep difficulties - and has also found it to make such a difference.
