1 star is very generous as this company do not manage blocks by steal the hard earned cash of the living souls. They are in cahoot with the freeholders of the blocks requesting their services to charge what the hell they want. For example to change a plastic rain down pipe they charged us over £2000 when I was quoted from an independent roofer £350. We finally managed to break away from these crooks and already saved ourselves £6000+ in the building insurance alone. We are quoted £4500 but for the last years we have been paying the freeholders through these thieves over £10k. The maintenance is non existent with garden flourishing with weeds, fences falling apart, and common area in desperate need of attention. The only thing they pay attention to is the bills they send us to pay. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Did I mention these are thieves in cahoot with the crooks freeholders?
