We've been with Knose since the dog was a pup and have had no dramas. We've claimed about 10 times, for things like an anti-nausea shot when she eats something dodgy off the ground on a walk or more serious events like an injury. Knose keeps us updated on the claim process, even when the vet takes a while to respond. Very happy with Knose as our pet insurer.
