Knose is always super communicative and helpful when we have to submit claims. Its super easy to fill out a claim online and they contact our vet for us, and sort all the extra correspondence needed as part of the claim. They always ask after the welfare of our dogs and make us feel like they care. We have always been paid for our claims within a reasonable time frame. We are very happy with our insurance with them.
