Thank you to the Knose team for your support with Grace. I am happy with the way you kept me informed of the process and review of the claim.
One thing I wish was that Knose was linked with Doubleview Vet so as the claim can automatically go through at the time of the appointment and payment. It's only a little gripe. Not sure how that set up works. Thank you again for all that you do.
