I just wanted to forward on my thanks in my recent and first troubleshooting request. My site crashed and Koddos team had the issue isolated and resolved faster than I could have ever hoped. Also, he went far beyond just what I requested. I dont really enjoy learning about web servers and stuff, however, I have enjoyed getting everything setup, you just need to have a level of patience and explain everything in detail and everything will happen. It's a lot faster than my previous web hosting.
