Good delivery service. Had 2 mops. Bought a replacement after first one broke. When second mop broke I told customer service. They sent info on how I could fix it (they offered no replacement mop). Used products for a year & found that they have deteriorated in quality. May as well just use water. Am changing my cleaning products & not using koh anymore.
