I've scored 3 stars only because the mop squeeze spray thing clagged up and broke on 2 different mops. Tried all the suggestions to fix it but it wouldn't fix. Wasn't happy, but with each time I contacted Koh the mops were replaced, free of charge, and sent immediately. I haven't tried the 3rd mop yet, but I won't be happy at all if it stuffs up too.
So,
1 star for the product, but 5 for customer service.
