Super fast delivery !! Very fast response too if you need to email about anything. I did struggle at first with mop but I just wasn't spraying enough. My daughter's had her mop and pads for four years and they are still like new !! As for the koh cleaner ...it does everything, to me it's like cake ..I cannot live without it 😁
