This was my third time ordering from koh. I was very disappointed in poor customer service . The order arrived two weeks after I placed the order despite the website telling me to expect delivery in 5 working days . When I rang I was told they were short of stock and it would arrive in 2/3 working days which it did not. Rang again no apology just same excuse. When my order did eventually arrive 14 days from placing order it was delivered to wrong address and delivery site on courier site said left in safe place as advised by customer which I had not told them I was ok for them to do. So I am left as an unhappy customer reconsidering making any more orders of koh.
