I’ve been using Koh for years in my home, I recently bought a business and bought a pack to use there as well. Unfortunately the bottle on the mob broke, not sure if it was cracked and weakened when we received it but it broke the first time we went to fill it to use. We taped up the hole to prevent it leaking and went ahead and did our best to use it anyway. I emailed Koh and told them and asked if I could possibly just have a new bottle. They went above and beyond that and replaced the whole mop and added some extra mop pads as well. I was totally surprised and honestly would’ve been happy with just a new bottle. Thanks Koh, excellent service and customer relations as well as a great product. Very happy!
