The solution is useful and functional. I like the atomiser spray as it sustains a spray longer than more other bottles. The deliveries are also efficient.
However for two of the items I’ve purchased:
-Koh 4L refill: the cardboard box was ripped upon delivery, so the handle wasn’t usable. I emailed Koh via their website>Contact us, but it has been three weeks and I’ve received no response.
-Green mop pads: I recommend a more reachable tab to help removable of the pad once used. It’s a bit fiddly.
