I have been a long term supporter of Koh and referred a lot of friends and family to you however I am finding the products are breaking. Spray bottles stop working after 3-4 months. My Spray mop is wasting so much product with the liquid pouring out and soaking the mop head and floors. I bought a new bottle thinking the old one must have been faulty but this is happening with the new one too. It has meant I have gone through A LOT of koh and I am feeling quite deflated about it. There hasn't been any reward for long term loyalty either. I find the product good for some applications but not all anymore and have had to use other products to get a proper clean - especially on my stone benchtops and floors now.
