Ordered the Dish & Surface Refill Bundle. The refill box came rather damaged. Contacted Koh just to alert to the issue and mentioned that it wouldn't impact the use of it, was just in case you had a 'chucker' in your packing team to be aware of. Cust Service sent entire new replacement, though I advised it wasn't necessary. That's unexpectedly good service.
