Good products whereby it delivers what it needs to do however the mop as much as we love them it always breaks on the handle or other parts. We love it as we continue to buy every year to replace as it only lasts 10-12 months.
Also, would suggest to have a customer hotline to be able to speak to someone rather than back and forth email communication
