I received the wrong products in the mail and have found contact with the company to be very tough. There have been numerous emails and a lot of back and forth when the order number was quoted. I'm disappointed with the follow-up and will think twice before purchasing anything again.
Better customer service is required and easier online inquiries with the link to your order perhaps. The review is for the product only and not the service.
