I love the product, the clothes, mop & cleaning mop pads, however, it annoys me that the universal cleaner no matter what I do, or how many times I repeat the process of cleaning my slate grey tiles on my undercover deck, ends up streaky?? I have even tried washing the deck first with vinegar & water, followed by my Koh cleaner, but nothing improves the tile's surface. this disappoints me, as my indoor tiles work well.
