Usually 5star but my mop doesn’t work and my business is a cleaner so when it was time to replace the old mop which now I have gone through many Koh mops as after time they seem to not work as well , the handle needs to be sticky taped in as it tends to brake and the spray isn’t as effective unfortunately . So after my new mop wouldn’t spray I had to go buy myself a new one to continue my days work. I’m disappointed 😔
