It just worked. It has done exactly as claimed and I have been really impressed that something so simple has been so effective. In particular my shower screens are shining, cleaned without water or getting wet. My oven door was cleaned with another product but still had baked-on streaks on the glass and the combo of the diamond sponge and universal cleaner bought it back clean immediately.
