I have to be Koh's most disappointed customer, I received a dodgy product and was given a discount code that NEVER worked. Despite reaching out for help, the situation has never been resolved satisfactorily, even though I have proposed a simple solution, I received zero response from Koh. I don't know what's going on at Koh - I believe they normally are much better but right now I am bitterly disappointed with the absence of communication from Koh. Come on team, it's time to lift your game!
