I was after the pet-friendly feature more than anything, but also wanted to see if it was a truly universal cleaner so I got the starter pack with the mop etc. I can't believe how much this has changed my cleaning- I have a cleaner house (and the floors are amazing) and it takes me so much less time. I love how the floor feels after cleaning, and it dries so quickly it's brilliant for humid weather. I can truly say I am KOH-dependant and loving it!
