Thank you for the help but I was a bit disappointed as I didn't use the mop very much and had trouble with it from when I first got as I lost two caps they came out when removing the bottle and you replaced them which was good I also lost my husband and moved to Newcastle and didn't use it for a fair while when I did it didn't work. Hope I get a bit more use out of this one
