First Time User i must say it does work well first cleaned my shower cleaning the grout was a good workout only wish the grout brush handle was a little wider to hang on to.Also really you do need 2 bath cloths as i have quite a large shower and buy the time you clean the grout the cloth is quite dirty.The shower glass came up real well nice and clean the glass cloth works really well polishes it up nice.
