The product I bought- sponges - is excellent. I also experienced an absolutely excellent customer service. I ordered 2 sets of cleaning sponges but I got delivered only 1. I wrote the message to report the issue. I got an answer super fast and I got delivered another 2 sets of sponges (on the top of the first one) without delivery cost. Kindness pay off - I shared extra set of sponges with my friends and my mother in law and 3 out of 4 after trying the product placed orders to get more. I’ll be forever customer.
