Although I have been happy with previous purchases from Koh, I have not yet received my order that I placed in June. What is frustrating is that Koh has not responded to 3 emails that I have sent to query where my order is, and the phone number does not take voicemail, nor can I get through to anyone. I would like to know when I will be receiving my order.
Update: after writing this post and yet another email, Koh has finally responded to advise that my order was lost in transit by Aus Post and have sent a replacement order. I’ve adjusted my review accordingly.
