Koh products are terrific, no doubt about that, but the supply chain and logistics are beyond hopeless! The whole marketing of keeping it simple and downsizing the cleaning products from one company fails when there is constantly no stock and deliveries take weeks only after you hurry it along multiple times haivng to resort to nagging via email, phone and social media. Even asking when stock will be available to do one order gets a vague I don't know response from Koh customer service. Koh please get your end-to-end manufacturing, stock, customer delivery and information sorted. Cleaning products are a high turnover replenishable on-demand item. Constant runs to the supermarket because Koh can't maintain stock and delivery means you end up with more product clutter instead of less and its frustrating to be sent promotional emails and see the social media blitz on products not even in stock or were ordered weeks ago.
