This review is a bit difficult to write as I placed my first order during a time of upheaval in the company, apparently due to moving warehouses and a system software update. This led to my delivery being very slow and lack of communication and email replies from their customer service department. However, a number of my friends use the product and have always found their service to be very good, so I am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and put my first order coinciding with their changes, down to unfortunate timing on my part. The product itself is very good and I am enjoying using it. I particularly like that you use a dry cloth to wipe surfaces clean after spraying. It works wonderfully on mirrors and metal taps, and along with the grout brush, it cleaned the grout in my shower very well. I like that it is chemical free and I will be happy to continue using the product in the future.
