Unfortunately the customer service is atrocious. I paid $90 for cleaning products over a month ago and haven’t heard anything since. I would expect for such a big company and the price they charge for cleaning products that shipping should occur very soon after paying. I have emailed 3 times now and my emails are being ignored. I do not feel like a valued customer and do not want to wait months for my products to arrive. I have now had to go and buy other products and want a refund but cannot get in touch with these people. I expect they’ll be getting a lot of 1 stars if this is happening to everyone else. A real shame.
