I ordered several boxes of universal cleaner. They were sent to me in two separate boxes , but with the same tracking number. When I picked up the first box, ( it was incomplete), it registered that I had received my parcel & the other box was returned to the warehouse. There is no phone number to contact Koh, & my email query was given a generic response that the product was on its way. This was inconvenient & frustrating. I was very disappointed with the (non) response addressing my issue. I can only hope further orders, if sent in multiple boxes, each receive separate tracking numbers. This will prevent confusion at the post office & customer end. Happy with the product so far, but customer relations is abysmal.
