Happy w my products as usual. However disappointed w delivery process. Took over 6 weeks for deliver and feel if I hadn't chased it up, my order would have been lost... (AustPost returned goods to Koh as damaged. No furher communications w me after that...!!!! ) My communications w Koh were challenging w auto responses unhelpfull. Just letting you know for your improvement plans. ....
