Koh lost my first order. Australia Post didn’t receive it. Koh kept saying thank you for your patience. They eventually conceded it wasn’t in transit. I asked for a free mop, they declined, they could have at least offered me some sort of product for the time it’s taken. It is in transit now. I won’t be recommending Koh to anyone, even if the product is good.
