Ordered a replacement bottle for the mop. Ok, I appreciate it's not a big order but it was important to me because we couldn't use the mop without it. First order got stuck in the 'awaiting collection' loop and a replacement took a long time to turn up as well! Disappointed with the service on this occasion. Not up to the usual standard. Yes, I appreciate you may be busier at this time of year, but that's no excuse!
