OVERALL KOH PRODUCTS ARE GREAT BUT CURRENTLY, I HAVE 2 MOPS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL. ONE MOP IS OLD AND THE BOTTLE THAT HOLD THE LIQUID IS RIDICULOUSLY HARD TO EXTRACT FROM THE MOP TO REFILL. THE OTHER MOP IS ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD AND THE SPRAY WORKS OFF AND ON, VERY FUSTRATING. I HAVE DETACHED AND CLEANED AND STILL NOT FUN
