I received the foaming hand pump almost 4 weeks ago but am still awaiting delivery of the dish starter kit which was ordered at the same time. It is with the carriers who say that there has been ‘a slight delay’ and I should contact Koh, which I have done on 2 occasions. I look forward to being able to rate this product as I have been very happy with the other Koh products I have bought and have never experienced any problems with delivery.
