I'm very impressed with Koh. I first bought the starter kit with mop and now buy the universal cleaner refill. It works well on all surfaces, and just today I tried it on a carpet stain and was amazed at how well it cleaned in minutes. The stain disappeared like magic. I put a video on Facebook showing the process and got heaps of comments and likes. For some reason, I couldn't download the video to this review. I really like Koh and will continue to use it and recommend it to my friends.
